Cancellation/Refund Policy

Booking Cancellations
  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the reservation date are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation date or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled activity.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Please allow 4-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
  • In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, One Light Stays reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities.
  • In such cases, customers will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling.
Participant Cancellations
  • If a participant wishes to cancel their individual participation in a group activity, the cancellation policy still applies.
  • Group organizers are responsible for communicating and enforcing the cancellation policy with their participants.
