Welcome to "One Light Stays." Our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds associated with our services.

Booking Refunds
  • Full Refund:
    • A full refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled activity.
  • No Refund:
    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled activity.
Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
  • Cancellation by "One Light Stays":
    • In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, "One Light Stays" reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities.
  • Refund Options:
    • Customers will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling in case of cancellations initiated by "One Light Stays."
Participant Cancellations
  • Individual Participants:
    • If a participant wishes to cancel their individual participation in a group activity, the cancellation policy still applies.
  • Group Organizers:
    • Group organizers are responsible for communicating and enforcing the cancellation policy with their participants.
Refund Processing
  • Method of Refund:
    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refund Timeframe:
    • Please allow 10 business days (excluding bank holidays) for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Changes to Reservations
  • Rescheduling:
    • Rescheduling will be treated same as cancellation policy, customer can modify the booking 7 days prior to check-in
  • No-shows:
    • Participants who do not show up for their scheduled activity without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
